18 years, every sunday.

I am not a session pro. I am not a gear company. I am a volunteer guitarist who has played my home church almost every Sunday for eighteen years, same as a lot of you.

I have a full-time job. I have a family. And most weeks, I am figuring out the parts in the garage after everyone's asleep, trying to get ready for a service that starts whether I'm dialed or not.

That's who Sunday Guitar is for.

What this is

Everything here comes from that chair. The tones, the parts, the prep, the captures. Built by a volunteer, for volunteers. Not the player getting paid to be there. The one who shows up because it matters.

I am not chasing the perfect bedroom tone or the rig that wins the comment section. I am chasing the thing that actually works on Sunday morning, in a real room, through a real PA, next to a worship leader who needs me to serve the song and stay out of the way.

How I think about it

Four ideas run through everything I make:

Tone that sits. Sound that works in the mix, not against it.

Parts that serve. Lines that lift the song and the room, not the player.

Ready for Sunday. Prep and rehearsal so you walk in dialed, not hoping.

Heart before hands. Why we play comes before how we play. Always.

The captures

The store started because people kept asking what I run. The Sunday-Ready captures are the amps I actually use, captured one mic, one position, one honest voice. The amp stays home. The tone comes to church.
